Are all sales final?
Yes. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for sizing or change of mind, so please double-check your size and your shipping address before you check out.
How long does shipping take?
Allow 2-4 weeks from your order date. Pieces are produced in limited runs, so orders take time to make and fulfill. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update the size or the shipping address. Once an order has shipped we cannot change it.
My order arrived damaged, or I got the wrong item
That one is on us. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging, and we will make it right.
